• App version and build number.
• iPhone or iPad model.
• iOS or iPadOS version.
• The affected screen.
• The exact steps and any error message.
• A screenshot, if it helps explain the problem.

Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment information or confidential business information.

Article-feed troubleshooting

1. Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
2. Open Articles and pull down to refresh the verified LS website feed.
3. If a full article does not open, retry the link in the device's default browser.
4. If the feed remains unavailable, email support with the error message and device details.

Base-oil Groups I to V educational content is included in the app and should remain available when the Articles feed cannot load.

Current app scope

• No live market prices, price history or derived charts until a licensed source is connected.
• Public base-oil ranges are dated, indicative report information, not live executable prices or firm offers.
• Version 1 is free and has no in-app purchases or Apple subscriptions.
• No LS account login or website-membership synchronisation.
• No push notifications.
