Our commitment
The Lubricant Specialists aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing editorial and technical responsibility rather than a one-time certification.
Measures in place
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, links and controls, with visible focus indicators.
- A skip link that moves directly to the main content.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and status messages for assistive technologies.
- Normal text is checked against a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio and large text against a minimum 3:1 ratio.
- Event graphics and photographs with embedded wording are accompanied by high-contrast HTML captions and descriptive alternative text.
- Responsive layouts, readable type and form controls that support zoom and mobile use.
- Reduced-motion support for people who request it through their device settings.
- Descriptive page titles, link wording and alternative text where images convey information.
Known limitations
We are not currently aware of a critical accessibility barrier on the site. Third-party destinations, including LinkedIn and external source material, are outside our control and may not provide the same level of accessibility.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier or need content in a different format, email contact@lubricantspecialists.com. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem. We will acknowledge substantive accessibility reports and work toward a reasonable solution.
Review process
New pages are reviewed for structure, keyboard use, labels, contrast and responsive behaviour before publication. Reusable foreground and background colour pairs are also covered by an automated WCAG contrast check to reduce regression risk. The statement and the site’s core journeys are reviewed when material design or platform changes are released.
